血小板功能测试(PFT)可用于识别血栓或出血性疾病患者、监测抗血小板治疗的反应、围手术期止血管理以及输血质量监测等,在临床上具有重要的应用价值。血小板活化释放因子在放大血小板活化、募集循环血小板聚集、稳定血栓起着关键作用,血小板活化释放因子水平变化与血小板功能密切相关。本综述讨论了PFT的研究现状、血小板活化致血栓形成的过程,重点阐述了血小板活化释放因子在PFT中的临床应用。

Platelet function tests(PFT)is clinically important because it can be used to identify patients with thrombosis or hemorrhagic disorders,monitor the response of antiplatelet therapies,perioperative hemostasis management,and blood transfusion quality monitoring,etc.Platelet activation release factor plays a key role in amplifying platelet activation,recruiting circulating platelets into aggregates,and stabilizing thrombus.Changes in platelet activation release factor levels are closely related to platelet function.This review discusses the current research status of PFT and the process of thrombosis caused by platelet activation,and focuses on the clinical application of platelet activation release factor in PFT.
