摘要
通过对小车底板的工艺分析,采用合理的加工工艺,选择合适的加工参数,并设计一种满足单件小批量生产的专用夹具,以保证加工质量,减少加工变形,使得加工零件达到精度使用要求。
This article will analyze the process of the bottom plate of the trolley,adopt a reasonable processing technology, and select appropriate processing parameters.And design a special fixture that meets single-piece small-batch production to ensure processing quality,reduce processing deformation,and make processed parts meet the accuracy requirements.
