电子控制器机箱电磁屏蔽效能仿真与测试验证

摘要 针对航空发动机电子控制器电磁防护需求,开展了机箱屏蔽效能仿真方法研究,对原理样机进行测试验证,提出了宽频屏蔽效能测试方法,并与仿真结果进行对比,仿真误差小于15 dB。通过本次研究,形成了具有工程指导意义的机箱屏蔽效能仿真方法以及扫频测试数据后处理方法。 In order to meet the electromagnetic protection requirements of aero-engine electronic controller, the simulation method of case shielding effectiveness was studied, the principle prototype was tested and verified, and the broadband shielding effectiveness test method was proposed. The simulation error was less than 15dB. Through this research, the simulation method of shielding efficiency and the post-processing method of scanning test data are formed.
