基于大数据视角对三峡通航船舶过闸诚信体系优化进行具体分析,以船舶过闸诚信数据分类及来源为基础,归纳总结了基于大数据推动船舶过闸诚信体系建设的特征,并就如何利用大数据对船舶过闸诚信体系进行优化完善做了深入阐述,最后从拓宽数据来源、升级三峡通航诚信管理系统、推进平台合作及鼓励多主体参与等方面给出了相应的建议措施。

Based on the perspective of big data, we analyze the optimization of the integrity system of the three gorges navigation ship crossing gate, based on the classification and sources of the integrity data of the ship crossing gate,summarize the characteristics of the construction of the integrity system of the ship crossing gate based on big data, and make an in-depth elaboration on how to optimize and improve the integrity system of the ship crossing gate by using big data, and finally give the corresponding suggestions from the aspects of broadening data sources, upgrading the integrity management system of the three gorges navigation, promoting platform cooperation and encouraging the participation of multiple subjects.
