PLC在热介质锅炉控制系统中的应用

摘要 为解决某浮式生产储油轮上的热介质锅炉继电控制系统线路复杂、可靠性差、故障排查困难、维护工作量大的问题,通过以S7-300系列可编程序控制器为核心,原有控制逻辑为基础,结合触摸屏技术,设计了一套全新的控制系统。新系统不仅弥补了原系统存在的设计缺陷,融入了温度模糊控制,还增加了故障记录统计、趋势曲线、关键参数实时监测等功能。该系统的安装、调试已经完成,并且运行效果良好。 In order to solve the problems of complex circuit,poor reliability, difficult troubleshooting and heavy maintenance of the relay control system of the thermal medium boiler on a floating production and storage tanker. By taking S7-300 series PLC as the core,based on the original control logic, combined with touch screen technology, a new control system is designed. The new system not only makes up for the design defects of the original system,integrates the fuzzy control of temperature,but also adds the functions of fault record statistics, trend curve,real-time monitoring of key parameters and so on. The installation and debugging of the system have been completed,and the running effect is good.
