摘要
工业是国民经济的命脉,也是现代化国家建设的重要标志。我国的近代工业发展经历了漫长又曲折的过程,在互联网时代下,工业企业又面临着新的变革,无论是在内部的管理上,还是外部的市场竞争下,工业企业需要提出新的理论与举措。通过分析市场环境、生产方式、管理理念等变化因素,详细阐述了互联网时代下传统工业企业管理面临的管理方式和管理理念的落后、管理型人才资源不足、企业的管理制度存在缺陷等问题,提出了加强管理人才资源的建设、更新管理理念、建设现代化的管理制度等管理创新策略,使进传统工业企业在互联网时代下实现新的发展和突破。
Industry is the lifeblood of the national economy and a n important symbol of the construction of a modernized country. China’s modern industrial development has gone through a long and tortuous process, and in the Internet era, industrial enterprises are facing new changes, both in internal management and in external market competition, and industrial enterprises need to put forward new theories and initiatives. By analyzing the market environment, production methods, management concepts and other changing factors, we elaborate the problems faced by traditional industrial enterprise management in the Internet era, such as the backwardness of management methods and management concepts, insufficient human resources of management classes, and defects in the management system of enterprises, and propose management innovation strategies such as strengthening the construction of management human resources, updating management concepts, and building a modern management system, so that into the traditional industrial enterprises achieve new development and breakthrough in the Internet era.
