By analyzing the four needs of Shanxi’s finance to promote high-quality economic development under the new development pattern, and elaborating the effects and shortcomings of Shanxi’s finance on high-quality economic development, we finally propose countermeasures for Shanxi’s finance to promote high-quality economic development under the new development pattern.
