摘要
以典型旋转机械为研究对象,通过研究局部平均分解、形态学滤波、噪声辅助多重经验模式分解和多重经验模式分解等时,频率方法和旋转机械的微弱、复合故障诊断的应用,研究机械故障的诊断、为性能劣化状态识别和趋势预测提供了新的有效手段,并且调高其应用方面的价值和实用性。
The research on Fault Diagnosis and prediction technology of rotating machine is of great significance to ensure the safety and stability of machine and equipment. In this paper, the typical rotating machinery is taken as the research object, the frequency method and the application of weak and complex fault diagnosis of rotating machinery are studied by means of local average decomposition, morphological filtering, noise-assisted multi-empirical mode decomposition and multi-empirical mode decomposition, the study of mechanical fault diagnosis provides a new and effective means for performance degradation state identification and trend prediction, and enhances its application value and practicability.
