摘要
以霍林河南露天煤矿为例列举了传统运作模式中电铲存在的各种问题,而远程操控解决了驾驶人员作业安全问题,并具体探析了电铲远程操控系统中全方位态势感知、自主检测能力、高效开采能力和极佳无人化作业水平,论证了远程操控对电铲的深远影响。
Taking Huolinhe South Open Pit Coal Mine as an example, we firstly listed the various pain points of electric shovel in the traditional operation mode, and the remote control firstly solved the safety problem of driver’s operation, and specifically explored the all-round situational awareness, autonomous detection capability, efficient mining capability and excellent unmanned operation level of electric shovel remote control system, and proved the far-reaching influence of remote control on electric shovel.
