非消声室环境下驱动电机噪声评价等效代替方法可行性研究

摘要 纯电动汽车中高频的振动噪声来源于驱动电机,所以有必要在研发验证阶段对驱动电机进行噪声评估测试。介绍了纯电动汽车用驱动电机噪声测试的现状和测试存在的困难点,探讨了在没有消声室的环境下用测试振动幅值的方法评价驱动电机噪声的可行性,为电机研发过程提供了一种低成本、可操作性强且有效的驱动电机噪声测试方法。 The high-frequency vibration and noise of pure electric vehicles originate from the drive motor, so it is necessary to conduct noise evaluation and test on the drive motor during the R&D verification stage. This article introduces the current status of the noise test of the drive motor for pure electric vehicles and the difficulties in the test,discusses the feasibility of evaluating the noise of the drive motor by testing the vibration amplitude in an environment without an anechoic chamber, and provides a way for the motor R&D process. A low-cost, operability, and effective driving motor noise test method.
