摘要
“机器换人”是满足工业企业减员增效、减耗降本、保障生产安全的有效途径。本文基于溧阳高新区创建国家级高新区的战略契机,在概述实施背景的基础上,详细分析了溧阳高新区“机器换人”的主要做法、成效与问题,最后从完善政策体系、打造公共平台、强化人才培养、增强配套服务四个方面对溧阳高新区完善“机器换人”工作提出了对策建议。
"Machine for human" is an effective way to meet the needs of industrial enterprises to reduce staff and increase efficiency, reduce consumption and cost, and ensure production safety. Based on the strategic opportunity of establishing national high-tech zone in Liyang High-tech Zone, this paper analyzes in detail the main practices,effectiveness and problems of "machine for human" in Liyang High-tech Zone on the basis of the background of implementation, and finally, it improves the policy system, builds public platform, strengthens talent training and enhances supporting services in four aspects of Liyang High-tech Zone. Finally, we put forward countermeasures and suggestions to improve "machine for human" in Liyang High-tech Zone from four aspects: improving policy system,creating public platform, strengthening talent training and enhancing supporting services.
