线上筛查模式在孤独症谱系障碍早期筛查中的临床运用

Early screening of autism spectrum disorders by online screening mode

目的:探讨线上筛查模式在孤独症谱系障碍(ASD)早期筛查中的临床运用可行性。方法:由经过培训的社区卫生服务中心儿保医生采用线上筛查系统对常规体检的1139名18~24月龄儿童进行ASD线上筛查,对线上初筛阳性的儿童进行线下复筛。统计线上筛查系统的初筛阳性率、复筛阳性率;采用相关分析法分析线上筛查和线下筛查模式结果的一致性。结果:通过线上筛查模式,共筛查了1139名儿童,初筛阳性儿童39名(其中男童35例,女童4例),初筛阳性率3.42%;复筛阳性12名(其中男童11例、女童1例),复筛阳性率为1.05%;线上和线下筛查结果具有高度一致性(P<0.001)。结论:线上筛查模式不受时间、空间、地域、人力限制并且经济方便有效,为ASD普筛的全面实施创造了新的思路,对实现疾病的二级预防,改善其不良预后,具有一定的健康和经济社会效益。

Objective:To explore online screening mode for early screening of autism spectrum disorder(ASD).Method:1139 children aged 18-24 months who met the requirements of routine physical examination were screened by trained community child health care doctors using the online screening mode.Then,doctors conducted primary screening and rescreening for children who are positive using offline screening methods.The positive rate of the initial screening and the positive rate of the rescreening of the online screening system were counted,and the consistency of the results of the online screening and the offline screening mode was analyzed using correlation analysis methods.Results:Through the online screening system,a total of 1139 children were screened,of which 39 were initially positive(35 boys and 4 girls)with a positive screening rate of 3.42%;12 positive children(11 boys and 1 girl)through rescreening test and the re-screening positive rate was 1.05%.Online and offline screening results were highly consistent(P<0.001).Conclusion:The online screening mode is convenient and effective,and it is not limited by time,space,region and manpower.It effectively solves the disadvantages of the offline screening mode,and creates the possibility for the coverage of large samples of children in the community.
