围绝经期抑郁障碍的临床表现与治疗进展

Clinical manifestation and treatment progress of major depression disorder in perimenopausal period

围绝经期是女性生命周期中的特殊阶段,该时期抑郁障碍的发病率明显增高。围绝经期抑郁障碍的临床表现存在特殊的躯体症状,同时情感症状和认知损害亦较为明显。围绝经期抑郁发病原因和机制存在较多争议,需要使用生物-心理-社会的治疗模式。本文将从发病机制、临床特点和治疗等方面进行综述。

The perimenopausal period is a special stage in women's life cycle,during which the incidence of depression disorders increases significantly.Besides special physical symptoms,emotional and cognitive symptoms are also more obvious in the clinical manifestations of perimenopausal depression disorder.The cause and mechanisms of perimenopausal depression are controversial,therefore a biology-psychology-sociology treatment model is needed.In this paper,the pathogenesis,clinical features and treatment are reviewed.
