CT引导下螺旋金属丝穿刺定位联合腹带固定在胸腔镜肺部小结节切除术中的应用 被引量:6

摘要 目的探讨CT引导下螺旋金属丝穿刺定位联合腹带固定在肺部小结节切除术中的可行性、安全性及准确性。方法回顾性分析徐州医科大学附属医院2021年7月1日—12月31日入院的100例肺部小结节患者的病历资料,按照定位方式分为2组(n=50)。实验组采用螺旋金属丝定位联合腹带固定,对照组采用单纯螺旋金属丝定位,统计2组定位成功率、定位时间、定位并发症发生率、手术切除时间。结果实验组患者定位时间为(19.62±0.36)min,显著短于对照组(21.66±0.51)min(P<0.01);实验组定位并发症发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05);但2组患者的结节切除时间、定位成功率差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论CT引导下螺旋金属丝定位联合腹带固定在胸腔镜肺部小结节切除术中操作简单快捷,定位可靠,定位并发症发生率低,具有较好的安全性及有效性,值得临床推广和应用。 Objective To explore the feasibility,safety and accuracy of computed tomography(CT)-guided coil localization combined with abdominal belts for thoracoscopic resection of lung nodules.Methods A total of 100 patients with small pulmonary nodules who were admitted in the Affiliated Hospital of Xuzhou Medical University from July 2021 to December 2021 were selected and their clinical data were retrospectively analyzed.According to their methods of localization,they were divided into two groups(n=50).The experiment group used coil localization in addition to abdominal belts,while the control group used metal coil alone to localize lung nodules.Both groups were compared for the duration of localization,localization success rate,localization complications,and nodules resection time.Results The duration of localization in the experiment group was(19.62±0.36)min,which was significantly shorter than that in the control group(21.66±0.51)min(P<0.01).The experiment group showed a remarkably less incidence of complications than the control group.However,there was no significant difference in the resection time and positionging success rate between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions CT-guided coil localization combined with abdominal belts for lung nodules resection is safe,effective and easy to perform,with less positioning complications.
