摘要
2,6-二氯-4-氨基苯酚是合成杀虫剂氟铃脲和氟啶脲的重要中间体,为研究一种2,6-二氯-4-氨基苯酚的新合成方法,以对硝基苯胺为起始原料,经氯化、重氮化、水解和硝基氢化还原等反应合成2,6-二氯-4-氨基苯酚,总收率73.5%,含量99.0%以上。该工艺原料易得,操作方便,具有工业化前景。
This paper aimed to study a new synthetic method of 2,6-dichloro-4-aminophenol which is an important intermediate for the synthesis of pesticide hexaflumuron and chlorfluazuron.2,6-Dichloro-4-aminophenol was synthesized from p-nitroaniline by several steps including chlorination,diazotization,hydrolysis and hydrogenation reduction.The total yield was 73.5%and the content was over 99.0%.The route has the advantages of easy availability of raw materials and convenient operation,and has a certain prospect of industrialization.
