北京地坛医院作为艾滋病定点医疗机构,从患者检测、确证、转介、治疗和长期随访管理等环节,开展免费抗病毒治疗、艾滋病孕妇管理、母婴阻断、HIV暴露前后预防、职业暴露处置,以及HIV感染者的机会性感染、综合疾病治疗等,形成了面向HIV感染者的全生命周期管理模式,同时,为提高抗病毒治疗入组率和随访率,充分发挥5 A级社团“红丝带之家”作用,基于“互联网-医疗-社区”的HIV感染健康管理与关怀,开发“8号健康”APP,为HIV感染者及高危人群搭建一个直观、便捷的精细化健康管理平台,提供权威的信息,真正将国家“四免一关怀”政策落到实处,切实降低我国艾滋病感染率和病死率。

As a designated AIDS medical institution,Beijing Ditan Hospital provides free antiretroviral treatment,management of pregnant women with AIDS,mother-to-baby blocking,HIV pre-and post-exposure prevention,and occupational exposure treatment from the aspects of patient testing,confirmation,referral,treatment,and long-term follow-up management.A full life cycle management model for HIV-infected patients has been formed.At the same time,in order to improve the enrollment rate and follow-up rate of antiviral therapy,and give full play to the role of the 5 A-level community“Red Ribbon Home”.Based on the“Internet-medical-community”HIV infection health management and care,the“No.8 Health”APP was developed to build an intuitive,convenient and refined health management platform for HIV-infected people and high-risk groups,providing authoritative information,truly implement the national“four free and one care”policy,and effectively reduce the HIV infection rate and case fatality rate in my country.
