血清AMH、CA125、PRL在多囊卵巢综合征中的应用

Application of Serum AMH,CA125 and PRL in Polycystic Ovary Syndrome

目的探讨血清抗缪勒氏管激素(anti-mullerian hormone,AMH)、糖类抗原125(carbohydrate antigen125,CA125)、催乳素(prolactin,PRL)联合检测在多囊卵巢综合征(polycystic ovary syndrome,PCOS)诊断中的价值。方法选取医院2020年1—12月收治的PCOS患者112例为研究组,选取同期在医院健康体检的女性112例为对照组,比较3种指标诊断PCOS的灵敏度、特异度并绘制受试者工作曲线(receiver operating characteristic curve,ROC)。结果研究组与对照组比较,AMH、CA125、PRL水平明显增高,差异有统计学意义(t=12.43、15.12、13.43,P<0.05)。单项检测中,PRL敏感性、特异性、诊断效率最高,联合检测在PCOS中的诊断价值均较单项指标检测高。研究组PCOS患者治疗后AMH、CA125、PRL水平均低于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(t=8.85、17.88、14.59,P<0.05)。结论血清AMH、CA125、PRL联合检测在PCOS的诊断价值突出,值得推广。

Objective To investigate the combined detection of serum anti-mullerian hormone(AMH),carbohydrate antigen 125(CA125)and prolactin(PRL)in polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS)value in diagnosis.Methods A total of 112 patients with PCOS admitted to the hospital from January to December 2020 were selected as the research group,and 112 female patients who received physical examinations in the hospital during the same period were selected as the control group.The sensitivity and specificity of the three indicators for diagnosing PCOS were compared and the receiver operating characteristic curve(ROC)was drawn.Results Compared with the control group,the levels of AMH,CA125 and PRL were significantly increased,and the difference was statistically significant(t=12.43,15.12,13.43,P<0.05).Among the single test,PRL has the highest sensitivity,specificity and diagnostic efficiency,and the diagnostic value of combined test in PCOS was higher than that of single test.The levels of AMH,CA125 and PRL in the PCOS patients in the study group after treatment were lower than those before treatment,and the differences were statistically significant(t=8.85,17.88,14.59,P<0.05).Conclusion The diagnostic value of serum AMH(CA125)PRL combined in PCOS.It is worth promoting.
