关节镜治疗老年肩袖损伤合并肩周炎的效果

Effect of Arthroscopic Treatment of Senile Rotator Cuff Injury Complicated With Scapulohumeral Periarthritis

目的研究关节镜治疗老年肩袖损伤合并肩周炎的效果。方法随机选取医院2017年12月—2021年12月治疗的老年肩袖损伤合并肩周炎患者90例,使用随机数字表法分组方式将90例患者分为两组。参考组患者采用手法松解配合关节镜治疗,实践组患者采用关节镜微创治疗。对比两组老年肩袖损伤合并肩周炎患者治疗后的临床指标、生活质量、肩关节功能以及临床疗效。结果实践组患者治疗后的临床指标优于参考组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实践组患者治疗后的生活质量和肩关节功能均好于参考组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实践组患者治疗后的临床疗效高于参考组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在对老年肩袖损伤合并肩周炎患者进行治疗时,使用关节镜微创治疗能够优化患者临床指标,减轻疼痛情况,改善生活质量,恢复肩关节功能,提高临床疗效,值得在临床上推广。

Objective To study the effect of arthroscopy in the treatment of senile rotator cuff injury complicated with scapulohumeral periarthritis.Methods A total of 90 elderly patients with rotator cuff injury combined with scapulohumeral periarthritis who were treated in our hospital from December 2017 to December 2021 were randomly selected and divided into two groups using the random number table.Patients in the reference group were treated with manual release combined with arthroscopic treatment,while patients in the practice group were treated with arthroscopic minimally invasive treatment.The clinical indicators,quality of life,shoulder function and clinical efficacy of elderly patients with rotator cuff injury combined with scapulohumeral periarthritis were compared between the two groups.Results The clinical indexes of patients in the practice group after treatment were better than those in the reference group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The patients in the practice group had better QOL and shoulder joint function after treatment than those in the reference group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The clinical efficacy of patients in the practice group after treatment was higher than that in the reference group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of elderly patients with rotator cuff injury combined with scapulohumeral periarthritis,arthroscopic minimally invasive treatment can optimize clinical indicators of patients,reduce pain,improve quality of life,restore shoulder function,and improve clinical efficacy,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
