蔡立皓针罐结合治疗面神经炎的临床经验

CAI Lihao’s Clinical Experience in Facial Neuritis With Acupuncture and Cupping

面神经炎为临床常见病,如不及时治疗,容易引起口眼歪斜、闭目不能等后遗症,严重影响了患者的外貌,给患者造成很大的心理负担,西医用激素、营养神经药物治疗,效果不明显。蔡立皓主任师从中国著名针灸专家、全国首批名老中医学术指导老师郭诚杰教授,针灸造诣颇深,从医40余年,根据面神经炎病因病机,针对面神经炎所处不同时期,应用不同针刺手法,急性期浅刺相应穴位,恢复期透刺相应穴位,配合拔罐等治疗手段治疗面神经炎,疗效确切,越早应用,效果越好,且简便廉价,没有不良反应,可在临床推广应用。文章总结了蔡立皓主任医师针罐结合治疗面神经经验,为提高针灸治疗急性面神经炎水平提供参考。

Facial neuritis is a common clinical disease.If not treated in time,it is easy to cause the sequela of mouth and eye askew,closed eyes and so on,which seriously affects the appearance of patients and causes great psychological burden to patients.Western medicine is treated with hormones and nutritional nerve drugs,but the effect is not obvious.Cai Lihao specialists from famous Chinese acupuncture,the country’s first name,director of the old Chinese medicine academic guidance teacher,professor Guo Chengjie acupuncture attainments,more than 40 years,according to facial paralysis etiology and pathogenesis,for facial paralysis in different period,apply different acupuncture technique,acute stage light corresponding acupoints,recovery through corresponding acupoints,cooperate with cupping therapy to treat facial paralysis,accurate curative effect,the earlier the application,the better the effect,and simple and cheap,no side effects,can be promoted in clinical application.This paper summarized the experience of Cai Lihao,chief physician,in the treatment of facial nerve with acupuncture and cupping,to provide reference for improving the level of acupuncture treatment of acute facial neuritis.
