The Effect of Using Low-temperature Plasma Sterilizer in Disinfection Supply Room Equipment

目的探讨消毒供应室器械使用低温等离子体灭菌器的效果。方法选取2020年1—6月医院消毒供应室灭菌的器械包100个,按照灭菌方法分为试验组和对照组,各50个。对照组采用传统低温灭菌器灭菌,试验组采用低温等离子体灭菌器灭菌,采用化学方法检测灭菌效果,对比分析两组灭菌器灭菌效果、灭菌时间及灭菌器械损伤情况。结果与对照组比较,试验组灭菌效果合格率较高,不合格率较低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);与对照组比较,试验组灭菌时间较短,无器械损伤发生情况,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论低温等离子灭菌器灭菌消毒供应室器械安全可靠,灭菌效果显著,可缩短灭菌时间,保证灭菌器械无损伤,可增加器械的使用寿命。

Objective To explore the effect of using low-temperature plasma sterilizer in the sterilization supply room.Methods Selected a total of 100 instrument packs sterilized in our hospital’s disinfection supply room from January to June 2020,and divided them into experimental group and control group according to the sterilization method,each with 50 cases.The control group was sterilized by a traditional low-temperature sterilizer,and the experimental group was sterilized by a low-temperature plasma sterilizer.The sterilization effect was tested by chemical methods,and the sterilization effect,sterilization time and damage situation of sterilization equipment of the two groups were compared and analyzed.Results Compared with the control group,the experimental group has a higher pass rate of sterilization effect and a lower rate of failure,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);compared with the control group,the experimental group has a shorter sterilization time and no equipment damage,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Low temperature plasma sterilizer sterilization supply room equipment is safe and reliable,sterilization effect is remarkable,can shorten the sterilization time,ensure no damage to the sterilized equipment,can increase the service life of the equipment.
