护理干预联合连续血浆吸附滤过对急性药物中毒的效果 被引量:1

Effect of Nursing Intervention Combined With Continuous Plasma Adsorption Filtration on Acute Drug Intoxication

摘要 目的探讨对急性药物中毒者,采取护理干预联合连续血浆吸附滤过(continuous plasma adsorption filtration,CPAF)对患者的干预效果以及对其凝血功能的影响。方法选取2019年1月—2020年5月收治的81例研究对象随机分成试验组41例与对照组40例,对照组给予常规治疗及护理干预,试验组则在对照组的基础上给予CPAF治疗,对比两组治疗效果、治疗前后凝血功能变化及康复指标情况。结果试验组治疗总有效率95.12%高于对照组80.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗前后两组患者凝血酶原时间(prothrombin time,PT)、活化部分凝血活酶时间(activated partial thromboplastin time,APTT)、凝血酶时间(thrombin time,TT)、纤维蛋白原(fibrinogen,FIB)各项凝血指标均无明显波动并且也均处在正常值范围,组间对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);试验组患者在昏迷苏醒、正常进食及住院等康复时间等指标上均显著短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组4.88%的并发症总发生率明显低于对照组20.00%的总发生率,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对确诊急性药物中毒者,采取护理干预联合CPAF的方式治疗具有良好效果,不影响患者凝血功能,可加快患者的康复。 Objective To investigate the effects of nursing intervention combined with continuous plasma adsorption and filtration(CPAF)technologies on blood coagulation function of patients with acute drug injury.Methods A total of 81 cases of subjects admitted from January 2019 to May 2020 were randomly divided into the experimental group(n=41)and the control group(n=40).The control group was given conventional treatment and nursing intervention,while the experimental group was given CPAF treatment on the basis of the control group.The therapeutic effect,changes in blood coagulation function and rehabilitation indicators before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of experimental group was 95.12%higher than that of control group(80.00%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before and after treatment,prothrombin time(PT),activated partial thromboplastin time(APTT),thrombin time(TT),fibrinogen(FIB)of two groups did not fluctuate significantly and were all within the normal range,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).The recovery time of the experimental group was significantly shorter than that of the control group in coma awakening,normal eating and hospitalization,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the experimental group(4.88%)was significantly lower than that in the control group(20.00%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Nursing intervention combined with CPAF has a good effect on patients diagnosed with acute drug poisoning,does not affect the coagulation function of patients,can speed up the recovery of patients.
