城市社区居家养老服务对比分析研究——以厦门市和莆田市为例

Comparative Analysis of Home Care Services in Urban Communities:Take Xiamen and Putian as Examples

随着经济的发展和医疗科学水平的进步,老年人口数量不断增多,老龄化程度越来越严重,养老成为社会的一大难题。城市老年人日常生活和活动的主要场所是社区,社区居家养老融合了家庭和社区养老的优势,在一定程度上顺应了老龄化的客观要求。以莆田市和厦门市为例,介绍社区居家养老服务的发展情况,从服务对象、服务方式、服务内容等方面对2个城市的社区居家养老服务进行对比,指出2城市社区居家养老服务存在的问题,并就如何推动城市社区居家养老服务的发展提出优化策略。

With the development of the economy and the advancement of medical science,the number of elderly people is increasing and the degree of aging is getting more and more serious.The elderly service has become a major problem in society.The community is the main place for the daily activities of the elderly in the city.Community home care integrates the advantages of the family and the community,which answers to the objective requirements of aging.This paper takes Putian and Xiamen as examples to introduce the development of community home care services by comparing their urban community home care services in terms of service targets,service methods,and service items.While pointing out some problems in community home care services,it puts forward optimizing strategies on how to promote the development of home care services in urban communities.
