刍议以普通高校为龙头的自学考试社会助学体系建设——以天津市为例

摘要 高等教育自学考试是我国高等教育的重要组成部分,有组织的社会助学是联结自学者与国家考试的中间环节,是帮助自学者走向成功的桥梁和纽带。该文从天津市社会助学存在的问题入手,提出建立以普通高校为龙头的社会助学体系是解决问题的必由之路,并详细介绍天津市在此方面的新构想与新设计,以期为其他兄弟省市的社会助学体系建设提供有价值的参考与借鉴。 Self-taught examination is an important part of higher education in China. Organized social learning assistance is an intermediate link between self-learners and the national examination, and is the bridge and link to help self-learners succeed. Starting from the problems of social assistance in Tianjin, this paper proposes that the establishment of a social learning assistance system led by colleges and universities is the only way to solve the problems, and introduces in detail the new conception and new design of Tianjin in this regard, in order to provide valuable reference for the construction of social learning assistance systems in other provinces and cities.
