思想政治理论课是高校落实立德树人根本任务的关键课程,肩负着铸魂育人、立德树人的崇高使命。新时代对高校思想政治理论课教学提出了更高的要求与考验,要担负起新时代的使命与满足学生对高质量教学服务的成长期待。目前思想政治理论课教学仍暴露出部分教师教学能力不足、职业认同不高等困境,难以达到有效育人的作用。因此,必须结合新时代要求,着力提升思想政治理论课教师的教学理念与能力,以促进高校思想政治理论课教学改革,全面提升高校思想政治理论课教学的实效性。
