关于深化深港合作加快推进深圳市建设全球海洋中心城市的建议初探

The Preliminary Study of Deepening the Cooperation between Shenzhen and Hong Kong in Order to Accelerate the Construction of Shenzhen Global Ocean Central City

本文通过国内外相关权威榜单分析,提出了全球海洋中心城市的核心特质,认为全球海洋中心城市的重要特征是具备区域枢纽港和滨水中心区,具有一定影响力的航运、贸易、金融中心城市。从国家海洋强国战略和深圳特区经济持续发展两方面,明确了深圳建设全球海洋中心城市的重要意义和发展方向。在香港已基本成为全球海洋中心城市的背景下,提出了通过深化深港合作,建设深港贸易双子城、深港组合港,推动深港“科技+服务”合作,以及深港共建前海全球海洋中心城市核心区的建议,为推进深圳全球海洋中心城市建设提供参考。

Through the analysis of relevant authority lists around the world this paper puts forward the core characteristics of global marine central cities and considers the important characteristics of global marine central cities including shipping trade and financial central cities with regional hub ports and waterfront central areas.From the two aspects of the development of national marine power strategy and the sustainable economic of Shenzhen this paper defines the significance and development direction of building Shenzhen into a global marine central city.Hong Kong is a global marine center city according to this background the pa-per puts forward some suggestions on deepening the cooperation between Shenzhen and Hong Kong in the iterative development of trading the co-operation of marine science and technology shipping trade finance and other industries etc.in order to promote the construction of Shenzhen as a global marine center city.This paper provides suggestions and refer-ences for promoting the construction of Shenzhen global marine center city.
