摘要 目的 建立HPLC法同时测定银花感冒颗粒(金银花、连翘、防风等)中新绿原酸、绿原酸、升麻素苷、连翘酯苷A、3,5-二-O-咖啡酰奎宁酸、5-O-甲基维斯阿米醇苷、4,5-二-O-咖啡酰奎宁酸、甘草酸的含量。方法 该药物70%甲醇提取液的分析采用Agilent Zorbax SB-C_(18)色谱柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm);流动相[乙腈-甲醇(6∶4)]-0.1%磷酸,梯度洗脱;体积流量1.0 mL/min;柱温30℃;检测波长254、327 nm。结果 8种成分在各自范围内线性关系良好(r≥0.999 3),平均加样回收率97.59%~103.57%,RSD 1.54%~2.49%。结论 该方法简便准确,可用于银花感冒颗粒的质量控制。 AIM To establish an HPLC method for the simultaneous content determination of neochlorogenic acid,chlorogenic acid,prim-O-glucosylcimifugin,forsythiaside A,3,5-O-dicaffeoylquinic acid,5-O-methylvisammioside,4,5-O-dicaffeoylquinic acid and glycyrrhizic acid in Yinhua Ganmao Granules(Lonicerae japonicae Flos,Forsythiae Fructus,Saposhnikoviae Radix,etc.).METHODS The analysis of 70% methanol extract of this drug was performed on a 30 ℃ thermostatic Agilent Zorbax SB-C_(18) column(250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm),with the mobile phase comprising of[acetonitrile-methanol(6∶4)]-0.1% phosphoric acid flowing at 1.0 mL/min in a gradient elution manner,and the detection wavelengths were set at 254,327 nm.RESULTS Eight constituents showed good linear relationships within their own ranges(r≥0.999 3),whose average recoveries were 97.59%-103.57% with the RSDs of 1.54%-2.49%.CONCLUSION This simple and accurate method can be used for the quality control of Yinhua Ganmao Granules.
