毕节天麻质量评价

Quality evaluation for Gastrodia elata in Bijie

目的 评价毕节天麻质量。方法 建立HPLC指纹图谱,测定天麻素、对羟基苯甲醇、巴利森苷E、巴利森苷B、巴利森苷C、巴利森苷A含量,通过聚类分析、主成分分析、正交偏最小二乘判别分析进行综合评价。结果 21批样品指纹图谱中有18个共有峰,相似度均大于0.794。大方县西北部、七星关区东部红天麻中6种成分总含量最高,各产地乌天麻中最低。各批样品聚为3类,4个主成分累积方差贡献率为84.934%,巴利森苷A、巴利森苷E、天麻素、巴利森苷B、对羟基苯甲醇为质量差异标志物。结论 HPLC指纹图谱、化学模式识别分析、多指标定量测定相结合可用于毕节天麻的质量评价。

AIM To evaluate the quality of Gastrodia elata Bl.in Bijie.METHODS The HPLC fingerprints were established,after which the contents of gastrodin,p-hydroxybenzylalcohol,parishin E,parishin B,parishin C and parishin A were determined,and comprehensive evaluation was performed by cluster analysis,principal component analysis and partial least squares discriminant analysis.RESULTS There were eighteen common peaks in the fingerprints of twenty-one batches of samples with the similarities of more than 0.794.The total content of six constituents in G.elata Bl.f.elata from the northwest of Dafang County and east of Qixingguan District was the highest,while that in G.elata f.glauca from various growing areas.Various batches of samples were clustered into three categories,the accumulative variance contribution rate of four principal components was 84.934%,and parishin A,parishin E,gastrodin,parishin B and p-hydroxybenzylalcohol were quality differentiation markers.CONCLUSION The combination of HPLC fingerprints,chemical pattern recognition analysis and multi-index quantitative determination can be used for the quality evaluation for G.elata in Bijie.
