摘要
目的 研究蝙蝠葛Menispermum dauricum DC.根茎的化学成分。方法 蝙蝠葛根茎95%乙醇提取物采用硅胶、ODS、Prep-HPLC、Sephadex LH-20、Prep-TLC进行分离纯化,根据理化性质及波谱数据鉴定所得化合物的结构。结果 从中分离得到16个化合物,分别鉴定为杏黄罂粟碱(1)、O-methylcorypalline(2)、青藤碱(3)、蝙蝠葛苏林碱(4)、(R)-6-methoxy-1-(4-methoxybenzyl)-2-methyl-1,2,3,4-tetrahydroisoquinolin-7-ol(5)、pecrassipine B(6)、蝙蝠葛碱(7)、黄堇碱(8)、蝙蝠葛米定(9)、O-甲基蝙蝠葛碱(10)、尖防己碱(11)、menidaurine A(12)、thalifoline(13)、N-methylcorydaldine(14)、pycnarrhine(15)、amurolin(16)。结论 化合物6、16在之前从蝙蝠葛属所分离的化合物中未见报道,化合物1、5、15为首次从该植物中分离得到。
AIM To study the chemical constituents from the rhizomes of Menispermum dauricum DC..METHODS The 95% ethanol extract from the rhizome of M.dauricum was isolated and purified by Silica,ODS,Prep-HPLC,Sephadex LH-20 and Prep-TLC,then the structures of obtained compounds were identified by physicochemical properties and spectral data.RESULTS Sixteen compounds were isolated and identified as armepavine(1),O-methylcorypalline(2),sinomenine(3),daurisoline(4),(R)-6-methoxy-1-(4-methoxybenzyl)-2-methyl-1,2,3,4-tetrahydroisoquinolin-7-ol(5),pecrassipine B(6),dauricine(7),corypalline(8),dauricumidine(9),O-methyldauricine(10),acutumine(11),menidaurine A(12),thalifoline(13),N-methylcorydaldine(14),pycnarrhine(15),amurolin(16).CONCLUSION Compounds 6 and 16 have not been reported in the compounds previously isolated from the genus Menispermum,and compounds 1,5,15 are isolated from this plant for the first time.
