内粘钢板法加固盾构隧道衬砌管片的力学性能试验研究 被引量:3

摘要 随着轨道交通的快速发展,地铁盾构隧道维护问题越来越重要。为了揭示盾构隧道加固改造中钢板加固管片的受力机理和破坏模式,本文针对徐州市轨道交通中埋、超深埋两种盾构管片,在两点抗弯的极限承载力试验的基础上,对已有损伤的管片进行内粘钢板加固后再进行二次加载抗弯试验。根据试验结果,分析了钢板加固前后管片的破坏特征、裂缝开展、混凝土应变及钢板应变等参数的变化规律,为实际工程中钢板加固盾构隧道提供科学依据。 With the rapid development of rail transit,the maintenance of metro shield tunnel is becoming more and more important.In order to reveal the stress mechanism and failure mode of steel plate reinforced segments in the reinforcement and reconstruction of shield tunnel,aiming at the middle buried and ultra deep buried shield segments of Xuzhou rail transit,based on the two-point bending ultimate bearing capacity test,the damaged segments were strengthened with internal bonded steel plate,and then the secondary loading bending test was carried out.According to the test results,the failure characteristics of segments,crack development,concrete strain and steel plate strain before and after steel plate reinforcement were analyzed,which provides a scientific basis for steel plate reinforcement of shield tunnel in practical engineering.
