轨道交通新型正交异性钢桥面板局部应力分析

摘要 正交异性钢桥面板的受力问题很复杂,国内外学者对其研究主要以公路桥为主,少数为铁路桥。由于轨道车辆轴重大,冲击力强,轨道交通桥梁正交异性钢桥面板结构的受力行为与公路桥梁存在差异,现行的钢结构规范有关疲劳方面内容并不能够完全适用于公轨两用桥或轨道专用桥。本文建立了某桥正交异性钢桥面板模型,对其疲劳焊缝位置进行了受力分析,研究应力场分布特征,分析轨道荷载模型在单轴荷载作用下正交异性钢桥面板的整体应力分布状况。结果表明:桥面板的应力主要集中在与横隔板连接位置,横隔板最不利受力位置位于开孔的外缘,U肋上的应力主要集中在与横隔板或桥面板连接位置。为正交异性钢桥面板结构的设计和评估提供参考依据。 The stress problem of orthotropic steel bridge deck is very complex.The research of domestic and foreign scholars mainly focuses on highway bridges,and a few are railway bridges.Due to the large axial load and strong impact force of railway vehicles,the mechanical behavior of the orthotropic steel deck structure of railway bridges is different from that of highway bridges.The fatigue content of the current steel structure code is not fully applicable to the highway-railway dual-use bridges or railway only bridges.In this paper,model of an orthotropic steel bridge deck is established,and the stress at the position of fatigue weld is analyzed.The characteristics of stress field distribution are studied,and the overall stress distribution of the orthotropic steel deck under uniaxial load is analyzed.The results show that the stress of the bridge deck is mainly concentrated in the connection with the diaphragm,the most unfavorable stress position of the diaphragm is located at the outer edge of opening,and the stress on the U-rib is mainly concentrated in the connection with the diaphragm or the bridge deck.This study provides a reference for the design and evaluation of orthotropic steel bridge deck structures.
