摘要
为探索提高珠芽黄魔芋实生种子出苗、生长和产量的途径,以‘西傣9号’和‘弥勒魔芋’为试材,设清水浸泡、鑫尊包衣、320 mg/L赤霉素浸泡和50 mg/L生长素浸泡等5种处理,观测记录其出芽、生长及产量情况。结果表明:‘西傣9号’实生种子的出芽率明显高于‘弥勒魔芋’,二者在鑫尊包衣处理下的出芽率均较高,分别为99%和72%;在整个生长期,同处理下的‘西傣9号’植株明显高于‘弥勒魔芋’;到生长旺期,其叶柄直径、叶幅和最终产量也显著高于‘弥勒魔芋’,‘西傣9号’在赤霉素浸泡下较高,而‘弥勒魔芋’在生长素浸泡下较高;鑫尊包衣处理下,两个珠芽黄魔芋品种的各项生长指标都表现良好。综上,‘西傣9号’在出芽率、生长量和产量上较‘弥勒魔芋’良好,但需结合质量指标分析进一步评价。
Experiment of bulbil-yellow konjac was conducted to determine seed germination rate,plant growth and yield under five treatments with two tested cultivars(A.muelleri and XiDai 9).The results indicated that the seed germination rate of XiDai 9 was obviously higher than that of A.muelleri.Both had higher seed germination rate under XinZun coating treatment,reached to 99%and 72%,respectively.The growth of XiDai 9 plant was obviously higher that of A.muelleri under the same treatment in the whole growth,and the petiole diameter,leaf width and final yield were also significantly higher at vigorous growth.Variety XiDai 9 had higher plant growth and yield under the GA3 soaking and XinZun coating treatment,and A.muelleri had higher plant growth and yield under IAA soaking and XinZun coating treatment.In summary,both varieties showed good characteristics in growth under XinZun coating treatment,thus have some significance for production practice.The other two treatments of GA3 and IAA varied from bulbil-yellow konjac varieties.XiDai 9 exhibited better in germination rate,growth and yield than A.muelleri,which should be further evaluated based on quality index analysis.
