摘要 高职院校职业生涯规划课程一般列在思政课程的首位,其地位与作用不言而喻。当前高职院校职业生涯规划教育在实施过程中存在课程内容偏就业指导、轻生涯规划,教学手段偏讲授、轻体验,课程设计偏模块化、轻系统化等偏差,应采取课程设计系统化、教育目标长远化、课堂模式生活化的“三化”改进策略,以提高课程教育质量。 Career planning courses in higher vocational colleges are generally listed in the first ideological and political courses,its status and role is self-evident.At present,the curriculum content of career planning education in higher vocational colleges focuses on employment guidance and neglects career planning.Teaching methods emphasize teaching and ignore experience.The curriculum design emphasizes modularization and neglects systematization.In order to improve the quality of curriculum education,we should adopt the strategies of systematization of curriculum design,long-term education goal and life-oriented classroom model.
