针刺治疗湿热蕴结型急性痛风性关节炎的选穴规律分析

Analysis on Acupoint Selection Law of Acupuncture in the Treatment of Acute Gouty Arthritis of Dampness Heat Accumulation Syndrome

目的:采取数据挖掘技术解析近20年针刺治疗痛风性关节炎的选穴规律。方法:通过检索万方、维普、SinoMed及中国知网等数据库,筛选针刺治疗痛风性关节炎的相关文献,运用数据挖掘技术来剖析腧穴的选取规律。结果:筛选出237篇文献,使用腧穴121个,总频数1 629。应用频数前六的腧穴为:三阴交(198次)、足三里(114次)、阴陵泉(99次)、阿是穴(97次)、太冲(87次)、曲池(85次)。归经上多属足太阴脾经、足阳明胃经。使用频繁的配穴组合为三阴交-足三里,归纳出针刺治疗膝骨性关节炎的新处方5个。结论:针刺治疗痛风性关节炎选穴以三阴交、足三里、阴陵泉、阿是穴、太冲最常用,而经脉以足阳明胃经、足太阴脾经最常用。

Objective:To analyze the law of acupoint selection for acupuncture treatment of gouty arthritis in recent 20 years according to data mining technology.Methods:The relevant literature on acupuncture treatment of gouty arthritis was searched and selected from Wanfang,VIP,SinoMed and CNKI databases,and the selection law of acupoints was analyzed through data mining.Results:Totally 237 literatures were selected and 121 acupoints were used,with a total frequency of 1629.The top six acupoints were Sanyinjiao(SP6)of 198 times,Zusanli(ST36)of 114 times,Yinlingquan(SP9)of 99 times,Ashi(阿是穴)of 97 times,Taichong(LR3)of 87 times,and Quchi(LI11)of 85 times.Most of the acupoints belong to the spleen meridian of foot Taiyin and the stomach meridian of foot Yangming.The frequently used combination of acupoints is Sanyinjiao(SP6)and Zusanli(ST36).And five new prescriptions for acupuncture in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis are summarized.Conclusion:Sanyinjiao(SP6),Zusanli(ST36),Yinlingquan(SP9),Ashi and Taichong(LR3)are the most commonly used acupoints for the treatment of gouty arthritis.The stomach meridian of foot Yangming and the spleen meridian of foot Taiyin are the most commonly used.
