有限理性下高校资助工作中诚信缺失行为干预研究

Research on Governance of Behavior of Lost Integrity in College Funding Work under Bounded Rationality

由于信息不对称,大学生资助诚信缺失导致了资助资源“错配”或“多配”,严重损害了高校资助工作的公平和效率。有限理性下,基于决策因素和资助管理特点,架构高校资助工作中诚信缺失治理模型,整合资助链条、建立互信沟通机制,运用多元防范措施、优化资助管理机制,根植于中华传统文化场域、探索诚信自觉的自治理,“资助+育人”双维发力、优化学校的诚信氛围,多路径协同,治理团队与学生群体沟通交互形成治理闭环,以呈现高校开展资助诚信缺失治理的思路、框架与路径。

Because of the asymmetric information,the lack of honesty of funded college students,which has caused the financial resources “mismatched” or “overmatched”,is severely jeopardizing the fairness and efficiency of the university’s funding work,and is a deviation from the goal of the funding to raise people and educating people of university.Under bounded rationality,based on decision-making factors and management characteristics,construct a governance model for lack of integrity in university funding work.Integrate funding chains,establish mutual trust communication mechanisms;use multiple preventive measures,optimize funding management mechanisms;root in the field of Chinese traditional culture,explore honesty and conscious self-governance;“funding and education” two-dimensional effort,optimize the school’s integrity atmosphere.With multi-path collaborating,the governance team communicates and interacts with the student groups to form a closed governance loop so as to present the ideas,framework,and path of colleges(universities) for the governance of lack of funding integrity.
