摘要 成人高等教育是成人教育的最高阶段。成人高等教育对象大都是有一定社会职业、从事社会劳动的人。文章立足于成人高等教育教学的整个教学过程,以成人高等教育教学质量为研究对象,介绍了成人高等教育,对成人高等教育教学质量提升所面临的教学活动形式、教学内容与方法、教师角色定位及当前面临的教学困境进行了阐述,并针对存在的困境提出了优化教学活动组织及内容、提升教学质量等相关的教学策略。 Adult higher education is the highest stage of adult education.Most of the objects of adult higher education are people who have a certain social occupation and are engaged in social labor.Based on the whole teaching process of adult higher education,taking the teaching quality of adult higher education as the research object,this paper introduces adult higher education and expounds the forms of teaching activities,teaching contents and methods,the orientation of teachers’ role and the current teaching difficulties in improving the teaching quality of adult higher education.In view of the existing difficulties,this paper puts forward some relevant teaching strategies,such as optimizing the organization and content of teaching activities,improving teaching quality and so on.
