“1+X”证书背景下高职软件技术专业人才培养模式探究

Research on the Training Mode of Software Technology Professionals in Higher Vocational Colleges under the Background of “1+X” Certificate

随着社会经济的发展,社会人才多样化已经成为必然趋势,学生在进行专业课程学习的同时还应具备与之相匹配的专业技能等级证书。国家大力提倡教育体制改革,对人才培养模式和人才评价体制进行了修改,通过推行“1+X”的证书制度的方式,优化学生的知识结构,以提升学生的专业素养和综合技能适应社会新形势的需要。高职学生较为普遍地存在学习能力差、兴趣度不高、知识水平有限的问题,因此在高职院校的软件技术专业推行“1+X”的证书制度有利于学生进行就业创业。

With the development of social economy,the diversity of social talents has become an inevitable trend.Students should have the professional skill grade certificate when they study the professional courses.The state has vigorously advocated the reform of the educational system,revised the personnel training model and the personnel evaluation system,and optimized the knowledge structure of students through the implementation of the “1+X” certificate system,in order to improve students’ professional quality and comprehensive skills to meet the needs of the new social situation.Higher vocational college students generally have the problems of poor learning ability,low interest and limited knowledge level,so the implementation of “1+X” certificate system in software technology major of higher vocational college is beneficial to students’ employment and entrepreneurship.
