Counselors are the backbone of the ideological and political education of college students.The quality of counselors is directly related to the effectiveness of ideological and political education and the implementation of the fundamental task of moral education.Under the background of connotative development,private colleges and universities should take the improvement of the quality and ability of counselors as an important part of the construction of the contingent of colleges and universities,and actively explore and study the way of building the contingent of counselors in private colleges and universities,which is not only the proper meaning of the counselor team construction in the new era,but also a positive response to cultivate qualified builders and reliable successors of socialism with Chinese characteristics.
