On the Research of Employment View of Colleges and Universities under the Background of New Economic Normal

在经济新常态背景下,高校毕业生的就业形势越来越严峻,通过就业观教育有利于学生更好地适应新形势的发展。本文主要论述了经济新常态背景下高校就业观教育实施措施,改变陈旧的观念,形成新的创业创新意识,提高就业观念地位,加强学生的就业竞争力,发挥出自身价值。

Under the background of the new normal of economy,the employment situation of college graduates is becoming more and more serious,and the employment concept education is conducive to students to better adapt to the development of the new situation.This paper mainly discusses the implementation measures of college employment concept education under the background of the new normal of economy,changes the old employment concept,forms a new sense of entrepreneurship and innovation,strengthens the position of employment concept,enhances students’ employment competitiveness,and gives play to their own value.
