人才是动画产业的起始点更是关键点,动画人才要求不仅要有精湛的专业技能、良好的职业素养,更加致力于中国动画文化的传播。我国人力资源丰厚,动画产业不缺人,但是人才资源缺乏。因此,动画专业人才培养的问题,越来越受到人们的关注。而人才的培养依赖于教育,特别是高校的教育。故本文主要从高校教育层面来阐述如何提升动画专业人才技能和职业道德素养,以期找到一条真正把国产动画产业做强做大的发展道路。

Talents are the starting point of animation industry,but also the key point.Animation talents are not only required to have superb professional skills and good professional quality,but also to be committed to the spread of Chinese animation culture.China’s rich human resources,animation industry is not short of people,but lack of human resources.Therefore,more and more attention has been paid to the training of animation professionals.The cultivation of talents depends on education,especially in colleges and universities.Therefore,this paper mainly expounds how to improve the skills and professional ethics of animation professionals from the perspective of college education,in order to find a real way to make the domestic animation industry stronger and bigger.
