乡村振兴是我国实施的一项重大发展战略,是我国实现“两个一百年”奋斗目标的重要举措。在乡村振兴大背景下,基层党务工作者的工作和乡村振兴战略之间形成了一套相互督促的新秩序。如何发挥基层党务工作者在乡村振兴中的贡献力,已成为当下研究的热点。本文就基层党务工作者在乡村振兴中存在的问题及其发挥贡献力的有效策略进行分析和讨论,以期为相关的工作提供参考和依据。

Rural revitalization is a major development strategy implemented by China and an important measure for China to achieve the “Two Centenary Goals”.In the context of rural revitalization,a new set of mutual supervision has been formed between the work of grass-roots Party affairs workers and the rural revitalization strategy.How to give full play to the contribution of grassroots Party affairs workers in rural revitalization has become a hot topic of current research.This paper analyzes and discusses the problems existing in grassroots Party affairs workers in rural revitalization and their effective strategies to play their contributions,in order to provide reference and basis for relevant work.
