摘要
文章通过总结泉州社区大学服务全民终身学习的实践经验,即树立服务与融合发展理念,探索构建一个社区教育网络体系、创建两个品牌、组建“专职+兼职+志愿者”三支师资队伍、坚持开展四项教学活动的“1234”社区教育服务发展模式,为社区教育服务全民终身学习实践提供了思路。
The article summarizes the practical experience of Quanzhou Community University serving the lifelong learning of the whole people,namely,establishes the concept of service and integrated development,explores the construction of a community education network system,creates two brands,and establishes three faculty teams of “full-time+part-time+volunteers”.The “1234” community education service development model,which carried out four teaching activities,provided ideas for the lifelong learning practice of community education services for all people.
