摘要 为提高车内空气质量,降低整车的气味和VOC,实现仪表板用表皮的轻量环保,对TPO表皮在仪表板上的应用进行研究分析。TPO表皮材料具有密度小,低气味,低VOC,耐老化等优异的特性。通过表皮材料开发,研制出一种适用于仪表板的TPO表皮材料,通过一系列材料性能验证,工艺的匹配以及制品性能检测,成功在量产车型上应用。相比与仪表板用PVC表皮,气味降低0.5分,质量可降23%。在轻量化、绿色环保的发展趋势下,TPO表皮材料在仪表板上应用有很大的发展前景。 In order to improve the interior air quality,reduce vehicle odor and VOC,make instrument panel skin lightweight and eco-friendly,this paper studied and analyzed the application of TPO skin on instrument panel.The TPO skin material has excellent characteristics such as low density,low odor,low VOC and aging resistance.Through development of the skin materials,a TPO skin material suitable for instrument panels is developed.Through a series of material performance verification,process matching and product performance testing is finished,it has been successfully applied to mass-produced vehicle models.Compared with the PVC skin for instrument panel,the odor of this TPO skin is reduced by 0.5,and the weight can be reduced by 23%.Under the trend of lightweight and environmental protection,the application of TPO skin materials on instrument panel has vast development prospects.
