低动静刚度比天然橡胶减振功能配方技术研究和应用 被引量:6

摘要 详细研究了天然橡胶配方中不同生胶型号、硫化体系、补强填充体系和润滑操作体系等对硫化产品动静刚度的影响,并从各种材料的型号、配合量、混炼加工以及硫化等工艺因素对降低产品动静刚度比效果的影响进行了分析研究。结果表明,半有效硫化体系、过氧化物硫化体系,在25 Hz频率下,标准动静刚度比可达到1.2以下。但过氧化物硫化的橡胶产品疲劳性能差,而半有效硫化体系在合理配方设计条件下,不仅150 Hz标准动静刚度比可达到1.2以下,而且产品疲劳性能可达到100万次完好。另一方面,橡胶材料动静刚度比还与硫化胶硬度相关,随着硬度提高,填充率上升,配方中含胶率必然下降,动静刚度比随之增大。低动静刚度比天然橡胶减震功能配方应用是一项综合技术,在减震系统设计过程中,须充分考虑到产品结构因素、产品装配因素和产品承载能力因素,以保证橡胶硬度在邵氏硬度A/测量时间3 s:45~55设计定义范围内,从而使低动静比天然橡胶配方技术达到科学设计和合理应用水平。目前,该技术研究成果已成功运用到我公司相关前沿减震制品上。 This paper studies in detail the effects of natural rubber formula of different models,rubber vulcanization system and reinforcing the filling system and lubricating system on dynamic and static stiffness of sulfide products,analyzes and studies the effects of the model,with the amount of various materials,mixing and processing and vulcanization process factors on reducing dynamic and static stiffness ratio effect.The results show that the standard static/dynamic stiffness ratio of semi-effective curing system and peroxide curing system can reach below 1.2 at 25 Hz frequency.However,the fatigue performance of peroxide-vulcanized rubber products is poor,while the semi�effective vulcanized rubber products can not only reach standard dynamic/static stiffness ratio of below 1.2 at 150 Hz,but also reach the fatigue performance of 1 million times.On the other hand,the ratio of dynamic/static stiffness of rubber material is also related to the hardness of vulcanized rubber.With the increase of hardness,the filling rate rises,the ratio of rubber content in the formula inevitably decreases,and the ratio of dynamic/static stiffness increases.The application of low dynamic/static stiffness ratio natural rubber damping function formula is a comprehensive technology.In the design process of damping system,product structure factors,product assembly factors and product bearing capacity factors should be fully considered to ensure that the rubber hardness is within the design definition range of Shore A/3 s 45~55 degree,to enable low dynamic/static ratio natural rubber formula technology to achieve a scientific design and reasonable application level.At present,the technology research results have been successfully applied to our company’s related cutting-edge damping products.
