浅析油气管道完整性管理技术研究与应用

Pipeline integrity management technology and its application

为了实现油气管道全生命周期的监控、提高油气管道完整性评估技术水平、建立健全油气管道完整性管理体系,以油气长输管道完整性管理为研究对象,分析了管道完整性的基本概念与理论,阐述了完整性数据采集和数据管理的方法、内容与步骤,以期为管道完整性管理提供准确的数据基础和支持。研究结果表明:(1)对于油气管道运营人员来说,“安全和经济”成为管道运行管理的重中之重,完整性管理贯穿于整个管道服役期,同时也在中国管道安全方面扮演着重要角色;(2)通过对完整性管理数据采集和分析的深入研究,可以保证数据完整性,以满足管道完整性管理的需要,进而达到管道的全生命周期管理。结论认为:油气管道完整性管理过程中高后果区识别、风险评价、完整性评价是完整性管理体系核心内容。未来,中国油气管道完整性管理必将以管道本体安全为核心,全方位实现管网的高效运行与安全管控,以保障能源供给,实现智能管道,打造智慧管网。

In order to realize whole life-cycle pipeline monitoring,improve technologic level of pipeline integrity evaluation,and establish and complete an integrity management system,the integrity management of long-distance pipeline was taken as an objective to analyze the basic integrity concept and theory.In addition,the methods,contents,and steps of integrity data acquisition and management were made clear,so as to provide accurate data base and support for pipeline integrity management.Results show that(1)as for oil and gas pipeline operators,"safety and economy"are of the uppermost priority in pipeline management,and integrity management runs through the entire pipeline service period and also plays an important role in pipeline safety;and(2)the indepth research on integrity management data acquisition can guarantee the data integrity so as to meet the needs of pipeline integrity management and then realize life-cycle pipeline management.In conclusion,the high consequence area identification,risk evaluation,and integrity evaluation in the process of pipeline integrity management are the key contents of integrity management system.In the future,China’s pipeline integrity management will surely take pipeline safety itself as the core to realize efficient operation and safety control of pipeline network comprehensively,so as to ensure energy supply,realize intelligent pipeline,and establish smart pipeline network.
