基于工业互联网融合模式的制造业深度融合研究

Research on the deep integration of manufacturing based on industrial internet integration model

作为新一代信息技术与工业制造业深度融合的产物,工业互联网是推动二者深度融合的关键因素,且工业制造业与信息技术融合发展程度逐步提升。在工业互联网推动制造业深度融合发展和工业制造业与新一代信息技术深度融合能级逐步提升的趋势下,本文研究工业制造业与新一代信息技术融合发展模式,构建包括能级维度、价值维度、工业互联网平台层维度的制造业融合模式三维架构体系,探寻流程型制造业、离散型制造业的融合发展模式;总结出工业制造业与信息技术融合的要素资源驱动、创新驱动、技术驱动三大驱动机制;同时从关键核心技术、工业大数据、工业互联网运营场景、人才等四个方面分析中国工业制造业融合发展所存在的问题和瓶颈,并从加强核心技术研发、提高数据数量和质量、加快系统集成建设、构建全方位人才培养体系等四个方面提出了推动中国制造业融合发展的政策建议。

Industrial internet is the key factor to drive the deep integration of the new generation information and manufacturing,and the degree of integration has gradually increased.This paper focus on the integration model of the new generation information and manufacturing,builds the 3D architecture of the deep integration of manufacturing,and studies the integration model of process manufacturing and discrete manufacturing.We explore the driving mechanism of this integration,analyze the problems and bottlenecks in integrated development,furtherly put forward policy suggestions to promote the integration of China's manufacturing industry.
