摘要
校外教育是基础教育的重要组成部分,对青少年学生健康成长发挥着独特的育人作用。校外教育教师承担着创新后备人才培养的重任。立足于社会发展、技术更新等对人才培养提出的要求,遵循校外教育教师自身发展规律和特点,师德素养、活动育人素养、跨学科专业素养、创新实践素养四个方面是校外教育教师核心素养结构及要素。探索提炼不同发展阶段校外教育教师的培养目标,构建并完善校外教育教师核心素养培养的路径,以期改变校外教育教师专业发展照搬学校教师发展模式的现状,提高培训的科学性和精准性,丰富校外教育师资队伍建设的基本理论和实践成果。
After-school education is an essential part of basic education which plays a unique role in educating young students.After-school teachers undertake the major task of cultivating innovative professionals.Based on the requirements of social development and technological progress,as well as the development rules and characteristics of after-school teachers,this paper puts forward the structure and elements of the core literacy for after-school teachers from four aspects,including teacher’s virtue literacy,cultivating people via activities,interdisciplinary professions,and innovative practice.It also explores the training objectives for after-school teachers at different stages of development and constructs the path for the cultivation of the core literacy of after-school teachers,which avoids simply copying the development model of teachers at school,making training more scientific and accurate,and enriching the theoretical and practical achievements in cultivating after-school teachers.
