城镇化进程中失地农民再就业影响因素分析——以平度市为例

Analysis on Influencing Factors of Landless Peasants Re-employment in the Process of Urbanizatio--Take Pingdu City for Example

在快速工业化、城镇化过程中,农民的农业土地转化为非农业土地,成为一个特殊群体——失地农民。随着郊区农村城镇化进程的不断加快,更多的土地被占用,失地农民数量增大、征地补偿标准低、社会保障水平不高、再就业困难等问题日益凸显。促进失地农民再就业是失地农民的根本保障,也能避免严重社会问题的产生,保障社会稳定。该研究以青岛平度市部分征地村庄为例,分析了农民失地后再就业的影响因素,并对促进失地农民更好地就业提出了相关建议。

In the process of rapid industrialization and urbanization,farmers'agricultural land is transformed into non-agricultural land,and becomes a special group-lost farmers.The process of rural urbanization in the suburbs is accelerating,more land is occupied,the number of landless peasants is increasing,the compensation of land-lost farmers is too low,social security problems,re-employment difficulties and other issues are becoming more and more prominent.Promoting the re-employment of land-lost farmers is the guarantee of land-lost farmers,and it can also avoid the emergence of serious social problems and ensure social stability.Taking the part of Qingdao Pingdu City as an example,this paper studies the income source situation of farmers after they lose land,analyzes the influence fac⁃tors of income,and puts forward some suggestions for better employment of land-lost farmers.
