霍邱县杂交构树种养结合循环产业发展的思考

Thoughts on the Development of Hybrid Broussonetia papyrifera Planting and Breeding Combined with Circular Industry in Huoqiu County

霍邱县按照“政府招商引进龙头企业、企业建设基地、基地带动群众”的产业扶贫发展思路,在彭塔乡先行试点推广实施了杂交构树种养结合循环产业扶贫发展模式,充分利用杂交构树自身优质木本高蛋白动物饲料的优势,带动全县农业结构调整和畜牧业高效发展。通过几年来的建设,种养+循环产业发展成效明显、前景可期,得到了国家和省市相关专家的一致肯定和好评,但产业发展过程中仍呈现一些亟须探索解决的瓶颈问题。

According to the industrial poverty alleviation development idea of“government investment attraction and introduction of leading enterprises,enterprise construction base and base driving the masses”,Huoqiu County has first piloted and implemented the poverty alleviation development mode of hybrid Broussonetia papyrifera planting and breeding combined with circular industry in pengta Township,making full use of the advantages of hybrid Brous⁃sonetia papyrifera's own high-quality woody high protein animal feed to drive the adjustment of agricultural structure and the efficient development of animal husbandry in the county.After several years of implementation and construc⁃tion,the development of planting,breeding and recycling industry has achieved remarkable results and has a promis⁃ing prospect,which has been unanimously affirmed and praised by relevant national,provincial and municipal ex⁃perts.However,there are still some bottlenecks that need to be explored and solved in the process of industrial devel⁃opment.
