摘要
针对传统的烧结余热回收系统问题而提出的烧结余热回收技术。该项技术可行的关键在于余热罐内气-固传热和料层阻力特性两个方面。余热罐内的料层阻力特性会通过影响罐内的气流分布,从而影响罐内的气-固热交换过程;通过影响鼓风机的全压和配套的电动机功率,进而影响余热罐回收利用的经济性与可行性。归纳分析烧结矿余热罐内料层阻力特性的研究现状,以期为进一步研究如何减小罐内料层阻力损失、强化气-固换热效果提供一定的借鉴。
Aiming at the problems of traditional sintering waste heat recovery system, a sintering waste heat recovery technology is proposed. The key to the feasibility of this technology lies in gas-solid heat transfer and material layer resistance characteristics in waste heat tank. The resistance characteristics of the material layer in the waste heat tank affect the gas-solid heat transfer process by affecting the airflow distribution in the tank. It affects the total pressure of the blower and the power of the matching motor, and then affects the economy and feasibility of waste heat tank recovery. The research status of resistance characteristics of material layer in waste heat tank of sinter is summarized and analyzed, in order to provide reference for further research on how to reduce resistance loss of material layer in tank and strengthen gas-solid heat transfer effect.
