摘要
通过对国标GB/T 4333.1—2019进行学习,对比重量法和氟硅酸钾容量法的各自优点,从实践中找到氟硅酸钾容量法的最佳实验条件,利用氟硅酸钾容量法测定硅铁中的硅含量。经研究得出,只要掌握好分析要点,该法具有简便、准确、重现性好的优点,可对大批量样品同时进行分析,完全能满足生产检测要求。
By studying GB/T4333.1-2019 and comparing the advantages of gravimetric method and potassium fluosilicate volumetric method, the best experimental conditions of potassium fluosilicate volumetric method were found from practice, and the silicon content in ferrosilicon was determined by potassium fluosilicate volumetric method. The results show that as long as the key points of analysis are mastered, the method has the advantages of simplicity, accuracy and good reproducibility. It can analyze a large number of samples at the same time, and can fully meet the requirements of production and detection.
